Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – BuyWish

Shipping Charges:

Order Processing & Delivery Time:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery time is usually between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city or region.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please place COD orders responsibly. Refusing a COD parcel without a valid reason may lead to restrictions on future orders.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or shipment issues caused by courier companies.

  • However, our team will assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving delivery concerns wherever possible.
